Kidd’s Restaurants: 40 Hours a Week Back From Retyping POS Reports
Kidd’s Restaurants owns 10 Jimmy John’s stores in Highland, Illinois. It tracked daily sales in Macromatix POS and kept its books in QuickBooks Desktop. Every week, someone exported the sales summary reports and retyped them into QuickBooks. It took a full-time administrator, and errors surfaced only when the weekly reports were reviewed.
Autymate mapped the Macromatix reports to Kidd’s accounts using the business logic their team provided, and built a weekly pipeline that reads the sales summaries and imports new sales receipts into QuickBooks Desktop.

“Autymate has saved our business so much time and money and customized our solution to match our specific needs perfectly. It has been a joy working with them! Now we know the data is accurate in QuickBooks for all our locations so we can make better decisions as we continue to grow.”
