Jim Champy was co-originator of reengineering who fundamentally changed how corporations organize and operate.

Chairman emeritus of Dell Services (1996-2011), former Perot Systems chairman, CSC Index CEO. Co-founded Index consulting (acquired by CSC 1988). MIT civil engineering degrees, Boston College JD. His reengineering revolution saved corporations billions while improving customer service globally.
