Our Story
Autymate was born from a simple observation: businesses drowning in data but starving for insights. Our founders, experienced business leaders and technology innovators, witnessed firsthand how SMBs and multi-location businesses struggled with fragmented systems and disconnected data.
The breaking point came when one of our founders watched a thriving franchise nearly collapse because they couldn't see looming cash flow issues hidden across their disconnected systems. We realized that without real-time, unified data, even the most promising businesses were making decisions in the dark.
This sparked our mission: to create a solution that brings together all business data—from finance to marketing to operations—into one intelligent platform that not only shows what's happening but tells you what to do about it.
We Were Overwhelmed with Scattered Data
Our team was juggling 6 different systems, each with its own dashboard, login, and way of presenting data. We were growing fast, but had no unified way to understand what was working and what wasn't. Business intelligence was spread across platforms with no clear view of the full picture.
Critical questions were impossible to answer quickly: How's our support? Are projects being completed on time? What integration issues are affecting our 3,500+ clients?Where are our customers coming from? Which products are performing best?
The Problem We Lived With
Like many growing companies, we tried to implement the scorecard system from the book Traction. What followed was years of frustration, failed tools, and the realization that accountability shouldn't be this complicated.
Monday.com Attempt
We thought Monday.com would be our answer. Great interface, powerful features, but getting our team to consistently enter their weekly numbers? Nearly impossible. The complexity overwhelmed everyone, and accountability became a weekly battle.
Google Data Studio Experiment
Surely a simpler approach would work? We movedto Google Data Studio, thinking visualization wouldmotivate our team. Instead, we got beautiful chartsof incomplete data. People still weren't enteringnumbers regularly.
Custom SQL Database Build
Frustrated with off-the-shelf solutions, we decided to build our own custom database. Months of development, countless hours of coding, and the same result: a tool that worked perfectly in theory, but failed in practice.
The Google Sheets
In desperation, we tried everything: Google Sheets, specialized apps, hybrid solutions. Each promised to be "the one," but the fundamental problem remained. Manual data entry was the bottleneck, and holding people accountable felt like pulling teeth.

After years of frustration, we had an epiphany: What if AI could handle the data collection and make accountability automatic? We built Autymate AI Growth Advisor to solve our own problem— and it works. Real-time insights, automated tracking, and accountability that actually drives results.
